Grade & Vault in Tokyo
Get your Japanese cards PSA graded and keep them safely in Tokyo until you are ready to collect them. Designed for collectors in Southeast Asia and other countries where PSA submission is difficult or import taxes are high.
Why a Tokyo vault?
- PSA Japan only accepts submissions from residents of Japan. We submit your cards under our account, so you do not need a Japanese address.
- Import taxes can be high. In some countries, graded cards shipped as parcels are taxed at 30% or more. Keeping your cards in Tokyo means you decide when, and how, they travel.
- Collect them on your next trip. Visiting Japan? Pick up your cards in Tokyo and carry them home yourself.
How it works
- Bring or buy your cards. Hand your raw cards to us in Tokyo, or let us buy cards for you in Japan and place them straight into your vault.
- We submit to PSA Japan. Optional: send us photos before you buy, and our grading specialist will give you an opinion on the card's condition.
- We store your graded cards. Your cards are kept securely in Tokyo. We send you the PSA results and certificate numbers.
- Collect or ship when you are ready. Pick them up in Tokyo, or ask us to ship them to you or to another address.
What you pay

Collecting your cards

- No grade is guaranteed. The grade is decided by PSA. If PSA does not grade a card, the PSA fee and our handling fee are non-refundable.
- We cannot guarantee the authenticity of cards you provide.
- Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient. We always declare the true value of every shipment.
- PSA fees and turnaround times are set by PSA and may change. We confirm the current fee on your invoice.
- Payment is made before we submit your cards. Storage terms are confirmed with you in writing before we start.
All prices are charged in Japanese yen (JPY). US$ amounts are approximate, at ¥158 = US$1 (October 2026); your card issuer's exchange rate applies.
