Can you find a specific Pokémon card in Japan for me?
Yes. Send a search request. The search fee is ¥30,000 (≈ US$190) for 60 days and is credited in full against our sourcing fee if you buy.
Do you also source English and Chinese Pokémon cards?
Yes. If a card is available in Japan, we can source it, whether it is a Japanese, English or Chinese edition.
Are the cards authentic?
Every card we deliver is 100% authentic, guaranteed. Cards are authenticated by the seller or a professional authentication service, and if a card is proven fake within 1 year of delivery, we refund it in full.
How do I pay?
All payments are in Japanese yen. Orders up to ¥3,000,000 (≈ US$19,000) can be paid by card; larger orders are paid by bank transfer (Wise or SWIFT).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Tokyo by EMS or FedEx. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
How long does delivery take?
Shop orders ship 7–10 days after your order (or after your payment arrives, for bank-transfer orders).
