| Price | The card price is shown on each product page (reference price, reviewed every 12 hours). The final amount is stated on your invoice and is never higher than the card price shown when you sent your request, plus the charges below. |
| Other charges | Sourcing fee of 10% of the card price (minimum ¥30,000); international shipping and insurance; import duties and taxes in your country; bank or currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer, if any. |
| Currency | All invoices are in Japanese yen (JPY). Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only. |
| Payment method | Credit or debit card via the secure payment link in your invoice. |
| Payment deadline | Within 24 hours of the invoice being issued. Unpaid invoices expire automatically. |
| Delivery | We buy the card after payment is confirmed, check it in Tokyo and normally ship within 7 business days of payment. Raw cards of ¥1,000,000 or more are handed over by video-call unboxing or in person in Tokyo. |
| Cancellations and returns | Requests can be cancelled free of charge before payment. If we cannot secure the card at the invoiced price, you receive a full refund. Because each card is purchased specifically for you, cancellations for personal reasons are not accepted after payment. Counterfeit or altered cards are covered by our Authenticity Guarantee.
