Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All cards ship from Tokyo, Japan, after we have checked them in hand.

Carriers and insurance

We ship worldwide by tracked, insured express courier (such as FedEx, DHL or Japan Post EMS), with signature on delivery. Graded cards are packed in protective sleeves and a rigid box; raw cards are sealed in a sleeve with a numbered tamper-evident seal. Every package is packed on video.

Timing

We normally ship within 7 business days of payment. Transit usually takes 2 to 7 business days depending on destination and customs.

Shipping cost

Shipping and insurance are calculated for each order based on destination and declared value, and shown as a separate line on your invoice.

Duties and import taxes

Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility. Depending on the destination, they are either shown as an estimate on your invoice (duties paid) or collected by the carrier on delivery. Cards are declared at their actual value; we do not under-declare.

Raw cards of ¥1,000,000 or more

These are handed over by video-call unboxing (we ship insured and open the package together with you on a call) or in person in Tokyo. See our Authenticity Guarantee.
