1. Who we are

Tokyo Card Concierge is operated by Spacial Ltd. (Spacial株式会社), 2F-C, Shibuya Dogenzaka Tokyu Building, 1-10-8 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0043, Japan. Contact: contact@spacial-solution.com.

2. What we do

We source Japanese trading cards to order. We do not hold stock. After you pay, we purchase the card in Japan, check it in Tokyo and sell it to you.

3. Prices and invoices

Prices on the site are reference prices for the card only and are reviewed every 12 hours. Amounts shown in currencies other than Japanese yen are for reference only. When you send a request, we confirm availability and email an invoice in Japanese yen. The card price on the invoice will not exceed the price shown when you sent the request. The invoice also lists our sourcing fee (10% of the card price, minimum ¥30,000), shipping and insurance, and, where applicable, estimated duties. An invoice is valid for 24 hours.

4. Contract

A contract of sale is formed when you pay the invoice. If we cannot secure the card at the invoiced price, the contract is cancelled and you receive a full refund.

6. Delivery, title and risk

See our Shipping Policy. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery (or on handover in person).

7. Grading and condition

Grades are those assigned by the grading company shown on the slab. Condition descriptions for raw cards are our honest assessment and are supported by photos sent before shipping. We do not guarantee any future grade.

8. Not an investment product

Trading cards are collectibles. Market prices go up and down, and we give no advice or guarantee about future value.

9. Liability

Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Trademarks

Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance. If these terms are provided in more than one language, the English version prevails.
